::Welcome to Domboramwari
Domboramwari means "God`s stone", the village is composed of huge balancing rocks, caves; bushmen rock paintings and a great nature view.
Organization Background
Two brothers Chenjerai and Mambakwedza Mutasa were working as professional artists for the past fifteen years from 1991. During this period they have participated in international exhibitions, workshops and residences.
Domboramwari is aimed at accommodating a maximum number of twenty residing artists.
Project Activity.
Establishing Domboramwari art Village will expand and stimulate artistic explorations
and expressions to benefit local and international artists. Artists from different parts of
Africa and from abroad are invited for residencies of 3 months. read more
